Quick Question - Tomorrow is the Day!

Hi everyone,

I just had a quick question for all the Doodle owners. Tomorrow is the day we are picking up our mini golden doodle (Chloe). My fiance and I will both be working till about 5 PM and then the plan was to jump in the car and do the 2.5 hour drive to the breeders house. We estimate to be back home by 10 PM / 10:30 PM. Today the breeder offered to send her son with the puppy along with food, vet information, certification and blanket of her mom/siblings scent. We actually met the breeder and our puppy two weekends a go and thus I don't feel too nervous about this offer. The benefit of having Chloe delivered is that we should be able to get her by 7 / 8 PM giving us time to get her adjusted before bed time. 

Anyone have any views/opinions?

We started training Maci right away. She started classes at 9weeks. I don't think it can be too early, but just keep it short at the start. Our trainer said something I liked last week. She said you can add commands on later, right now focus on socialization more than anything.
