Rain coat suggestions

I've never been a fan of dressing dogs (just my opinion), but given the record rain we've had in the DC area, I am caving in and looking for a raincoat.

I need a coat that that allows a front harness connection. I've found a lot of coats with holes for back harnesses connections but not the front. 

Any suggestions? Thank you!

This one works well.  Lots of cool colors & patterns.   It does have a hood but good luck with keeping that up!
