RAIN !

Hello everyone. While I know that many here on DK have been having their own rainy weather. I wanted to share what is going on here in upper New York. It has rained every single day for over a month now. We are flooded in places that in my entire life have NEVER been flooded. It is crazy.

Thought I'd share a picture just to give you an idea ! LOL Have a great day !

It's been rainy here as well but not as bad as what you are experiencing. Hoping that you get a beautiful sunny day soon.

Love the humor Sheila! We've been sizzling here with the temps over 100 degrees for the last three days. Wish I could send you some of our sunshine!

Ricki, you can keep those sizzling temps, I'll keep the rain. If I had the choice it would always be rain over HOT !!

I'm a 75 degree gal ! LOL

Thanks for posting this, Sheila, since misery loves company! It has been pouring rain here in Chicago all day, and last week we had it for 5 days straight, with flooding all over. For once i was glad I don;t have a basement.

Yesterday there was no rain, but I wore a fleece jacket over a long sleeved shirt on JD's after-dinner walk, as the temperature was 60 degrees.

I have never seen a summer like this, even in Chi-town!

How does JD like the rain ? Finnley didn't care one little bit and would lay outside in it. UNTIL Finnley got her summer haircut !! Now she doesn't even want to walk in the wet grass. This is the dummy that cries every time we drive past the lake, because she wants to swim ! Really WTD ?

JD can't stand rain; he won't set foot in the yard when it's been raining even if it's stopped. I can barely get him outside at all. Water is not his favorite thing.
