RAINY DAY BLUES

It has been raining constantly for a day and a half. Haley is getting bored with no fetch and no laying in the yard watching everything.  He did go for a ride yesterday.
This was a hedgehog 45 minutes ago. RIP hedgehog.

What will tomorrow bring?

We are experiencing the same kind of weather.  My doodle is a 14 week old puppy, and she seems to love the rain.  Rain makes puddles, and she is a big fan of those.  The only thing holding her back is that her humans aren't so fond of staying outside in the rain.

Lisa, I am in the next county, Southampton.  No wonder you are experiencing the same weather.  : )

JD avoids puddles too, and I am very grateful. Mud + doodle paws, not a happy combination.

Haley gets muddy paws when it is dry and dusty and he plays fetch with dew on the grass.  We dip his paws in bucket of water and towel the excess off.  That is the only way he get them dirty.  : )

Small world!  I have friends who live in Courtland, so I occasionally make it out that way.  I am thankful the sun finally reappeared today; hopefully all those puddles will soon dry up, and it will be easier to keep Sunny out of the mud!
