reputable breeders

Hello.

 

I'm looking for reputable breeders of goldendoodles, labradoodles or cockapoos.  I am looking for a dog with a very gentle, laid-paid temperament who will be a good fit for my family (me, my husband and two children - ages 4 and 7).  I am totally overwhelmed when looking online, and I'm nervous that I'll wind up with an animal from a puppy mill or questionable breeder. 

Can you make some recommendations?

Also, if you can provide your feedback on the relative temperaments of the three breeds I mentioned above, I would be very grateful.
