Rescue golden doodle not eating

Hello. We got a year old golden doodle one week ago. We bought the same food the rescue group was feeding him. He eats very little and has eaten nothing in last 24 hours. He acts fine and is energetic and playful. He is drinking. Is that ok that he isn't eating??

He is soooo handsome!  Congratulations on getting him.  As others have said, it takes a while to settle in to the new situation.  Do join the food group so that you can find the best food for him - after the two weeks are up.
