Rua's trying to bury her pink flamingo!

We have all seen the cute Traveler's Commerical about the dog trying to find a safe place for his bone...he burys it only to dig it up and try a bank (but who can trust banks now adays).

 

 

Anyway, Rua has a little Skinneeez pink flamingo that is one of her absolute favorite toys.  Lately, she has been carrying it around and crying.  This morning I watched her go to a corner of the living room with the flamingo in her mouth digging at the carpet.  Then she went to her fleece blanket on the floor and tried to push the blanket over the flamingo.

 

I get the burying...that is instinctual dog behavior...thank goodness she isn't doing it outside.  I don't understand why she is crying.  She only does this with her pink flamingo.

 

Any one know why she is crying?  Does your dog do this?

I really have no idea, but I'm thinking Rua is a very sensitive Doodle girl.  My goofballs have NO SENSITIVITY at all.  I don't think I've ever heard them cry.  i think this is very sweet.  A video would be wonderful....hint.

Ok...I got a video of her just at bit ago with Pinkie.  The noise you hear is my DH loading the dishwasher after dinner.  You can hear when she starts crying.  I thought it was adorable when she tucked pinkie into the lap of her stuffed puppy (subject matter in another video - Houchie Dance) and gives him a few taps!
