Every once in a while I find a little matte behind his ear, which I snip off. Other than that, if I keep his elbows brushed once a week he doesn't tangle -- that's his other "Danger Zone."  His mother is a very white standard poodle and his dad is an English cream golden retriever.

As a younger puppy, he was pure white with some gold-ish waves on just on his back. As his hair grew longer, it grew in pure white behind the gold. Last week I scissored off the gold tips and now he looks super white. My daughter made a wig out of his golden locks. I am not kidding!

Wow! Doodles have such nice fur, it's so soft. I love when we shave daisy down ... It's like velvet. She gets all greasy from our hands touching her all the time!

Haley is so funny.  When he gets up in the morning after he stretches I tell him to fix his hair.  He shakes and it all falls in place!
