Size of Mini Labradoodle

Hello everyone.  We adopted a 7 month old mini doodle 2 months ago.  He was and still is 32 lbs.  It's been 10 years since we had a puppy standard doodle in our home.  Just wondering if anyone could tell us approximately what age will he be at his mature height/weight?  Thanks!

Ginny, Clancy has short legs also. Since we adopted him at two I don’t know when his shorter legs became obvious. He weighed 55 pounds when we adopted him and weighs 62 now. He’s only about19” at the shoulder.
