So I am on the road to pick up Bentley and the person transporting just called she has him and things are on schedule! Although she says he is very skinny awww :( any suggestions on how to help his appetite? I feed Bella Blue puppy food!

Bentley will probably have a huge appetite once he gets settled; he's probably thin from neglect, lack of food, and/or anxiety in the shelter. Bella's food should be fine for him, make sure he doesn't scarf down too much at once.

When Gavin lost alot of weight due to his illness a couple months back, I mixed some canned food in with his kibble, which really did the trick.

Often Doodles are skinny because of their Poodle lines. Sometimes they are very light eaters too. I have thin dogs and I free feed kibble (available all day and night) as well as supplement with canned food morning and night! :o)
Still, being skinny can indicate a medical issue so a good vet check is in order and if his weight continues to be a concern, I'd check with the vet again, and consult a canine nutritionist.

I know there is concern that Evo's formula will be changed since it has been bought out, but it is very high calorie and might be good for Bentley.
