Snow Ball Syndrome

Does anyone know of a cure for this?

 

It appears to be contagious.

OMD, all these poor dogs. . . Annie caught a case of snowball syndrome :-(  ON.HER.FACE!  She is so embarrassed, she can't even look at me...
