So I was out walking today...

I was out walking Max today, and we came home through a high school yard that is near my house. Anyhow as we were walking through the back parking lot there was a big back truck there, and the guy had just started it. Now I am always looking for opportunities to work on Max's training, so I thought we'd wait there till the truck had pulled out. The girl waved us on and I shook my head no that it was okay and had Max sit beside me. So about two minutes later, this shady looking girl with bad teeth gets out of the truck, and comes over to me and says "95$ right?" She thought I was a drug dealer! 

Do I look like a drug dealer. :(

to bad you didn't have a doodle bag to sale her for the $95.00, handsome Max could have got a lot of Kongs for 95.00 bucks :)  Be careful, people are crazy and even more sad that was that close to a school !

Aww thank you Cheryl, I'm not so cute but Max makes up for it! I am careful, I always keep my bear spray in my handy dandy treat pouch. 

Debbie, Max would have been in heaven with 95$ of kongs! 

BG I am not sure that that would buy the food AND an antler! Those antlers are expensive. I bought him a beef knuckle today, he keeps trying to get me to let him take it outside, but he takes all the bones outside then has nothing to chew inside, so he's walking around the house carrying this HUGE bone in his mouth lol.

Wow Rosemary that is an awesome story! I somehow missed your post before. 20 is a bazillion years ago haha. You just reminded me I saw a baby golden receiver today at petsmart, she was soooo cute. Those guys were pretty dumb to try and sell to two soccer moms, glad they got what they deserved.

I am dying laughing! You do not scream drug dealer with doodle in tow. Do any drug dealers walk their Goldendoodles while making their deals? Too silly (if it weren't so sad that people are drug dealing at a school yard).

O my, that is a story to tell for years.

On a more serious mom/granny side, I wonder if you would mind sharing it with local authorities so they could be aware to watch for dealers in that area?
