Special Needs Doodle
Hi everyone,
First of all let me thank everyone for the responses and emails trying to help me find the perfect pup for one of my clients. I am still looking, but I have faith that it is going to happen. I thought I had found one in the "doods that need homes thing" but the lady would not ship, nor allow me to come pick up and drive home because she thought it would be too stressful for the pup. Oh well, anyway, I have something to lift up to the group this morning. There is a special needs doodle looking for a home. She is blond with long curls and just the sweetest thing. She is housebroken too. The people that had her were going to have her put down and my vet called me. She has a funny gait and runs like she has tape on her feet. She reminds me very much of a fainting goat when there is a loud noise or anything. She seems healthy and happy except for those two things. I cannot really put the time and money into her that she needs as I swamped trying to train for children who need help. Would you guys help me lift this up to people and see if we can find someone who might be interested in her? I love her already and she is so sweet to my little girl but again, with a 2 year old, loud unexpected things happen a little too much. She would be perfect for a retired woman who kind of has a quiet lifestyle but likes to get out a little. Just my opinion. I am going to foster her here as much as possible and try to put some money towards finding out what is wrong with her, but again I have three in puppy raiser homes right now and I know that is a huge priority.
