Suntanned Doodles

My Doodle has been going out on the Lake in a boat with her Big Daddy and I have been noticing her skin is becoming very dark. She is a Blonde Goldendoodle but her skin is now very dark. Is it a suntan? I gave her a great bath buts it's still dark????

You might ask your vet if there is a product you can use that is Doodle safe to protect her from the sun.  My thought is that dogs are probably just as susceptible to skin cancer as a human if they are spending a lot of time outdoors...but maybe I am wrong.

I also heard that light colored doodles need to be careful, not sure what to get for them either.

Chloe has darker skin on her belly area??? So maybe it's not the sun??
