I swear Luna should be some kind of tracking dog. She has been bugging me NON STOP all day (while I try to work from home) about *something* under the couch. I looked and looked and couldn't see anything. I finally gave up and moved the couch to let her look for herself... lo and behold there is a 1/2" piece of a blue corn tortilla chip under there. Whining ALL DAY for a tiny piece of corn chip.
I thought it was over but she kept after the couch... so I moved the couch clear across the room. This couch is a 3-seater leather couch with 2 reclining parts it is NOT light.
Lo and behold what do I find trapped between some of the metal struts... (Sorry for the blurry picture she won't stop jiggling with joy):
She is now parading around squeaking her prize and wagging her tail. She is probably also thinking I'm really stupid for taking all day to figure out what it was.
Does your doodle have a good sniffer?

Too funny! And yep, two more good sniffers here. Eloise will alternate her Chewbacca noises with cries, depending on how quickly I acknowledge her, while she stares at the side of the couch. It's always for a ball that rolled under the couch weeks ago and suddenly, she MUST HAVE IT NOW. Beasley will try to grab it with her paws first...I'll hear tap tap scratch scratch on the floor, and she has her feet shoved under the couch or TV cabinet. When she realizes she can't reach and gives up, she'll stare at me and whine.
I've been "summoned" to the couch quite a few times, when I've looked under and said "There is nothing under here," because I see nothing! The crying continues, so I humor them and look again, while saying "Seriously, dog - there is nothing under...oh, wait...here it is." And I have to get the yardstick to retrieve it. The nose always knows lol!
