I bought Luca a horse ball and wrote an discussion about it.
He managed on Day 1 of play to literally pull the plug on it. Luckily I rescued it before he could prove to it that he's the man.
The good: Today was beautiful and Luca's fourth birthday so I reinflated the ball. The plug was pushed waaay in. Someone had asked the other day for a video so here it is:
The bad: The ball always ended up caught in shrubs along the fence, as you can see in the video. So I kept having to go rescue it. Often Luca was breaking pieces of shrubs that were blocking the ball : (
The ugly: I don't know if it was a tooth or more likely a sharp twig but the ball developed a triangular tear. It is now in intensive care and I don't know if I can repair it. It was fun while it lasted.

Happy 4th birthday Luca I can see you had a good one.
It looks like it was so much fun....maybe it will be good for the park here. Still gonna try it, I think.
PS: Your yard, well you know we all want it!
Thanks. I think a park without obstacles might work well.
This sure did look like ALOT of fun!!!! Too bad the ball lost. : ( I would like to see a video of F riding the Deere!
A nightmare video, me in my garden clothes, hat and ear protectors. Luckily no one to film me : )
OMD....your brother wears ear protectors, too, when mowing. I am leaning towards twins now :) Plus, he told me last night that your Science Group (and he mentioned you by name) have turned him on to a couple of apps. for his Ipad2. Thanks a lot....LOL!!
Are you kidding? It's vital. I chastised the lawn mower repair person for not wearing them. I don't want to go around saying, "What?" more than I already do.
So glad my twin is enjoying the Science Group. We must have been born years apart and I think that should be the subject of an SG article.
A video of you would be all okay F if you were to put on the RED lipstick!
Right, I always get all gussied up to do yard work : )
Hey you never know when the hidden cameras are lurking.
I have one of these and I took it out for the girls to play with one day and they looked at me like I was nuts! I really wish they would play a little ball ... maybe not JD ball crazy, but a little!
Count your blessings, lol.
Really. Calla only occasionally will join in any playtime involving balls.
