The HDA trophy travels from the west coast to the east coast and arrived in Hillsborough,NJ

It was a damp, gloomy day and I was suffering with a bad cold, when the mail carrier came to the door with a box from Lynda Kamrath in CA. I carried the box into the living room and cut it open with a knife. Jersey and Jasmine was sniffing like crazy, trying to see what was inside. The duck toy that Groucho Too and Harpo sent must have been calling Jersey. She grabbed it out of the box and was running around throwing it up in the air and shaking it. She finally shared it with Jasmine, who perferred to snuggle with it. Lynda, who is very talented and creative made us a photo canvas of the "Jersey Girls" in the St Patty's day costumes, two hand made pillow covers. Her husband, Charlie made a handsome business card holder out of wood. Lynda also enclosed two of her books for me to read. "The Taking" by her favorite author, Dean Koontz and another, "Dog On It" , Spencer Quinn. Then, I found the HDA Trophy all wrapped up carefully in foam and bubble wrap. Of course the girls had to check it out and pose for their photo. I enjoyed reading through the journal, and seeing how far this trophy and journal had travelled before it got to me. We are thrilled with all of our beautiful gifts that Lynda sent and hope the person that receives the box from us will be happy with it's contents as well.

So, because we can only see past the current HDA list, the way we'll be determine the next HDA recipient from now on will change starting now! Thia is all new to me, I guess Adina is starting a new list? I think what got me there was because I post tons of photographs, I am a "shutter bug".

I have had the points for the HDA trophy for some months now. I don't know exactly what you mean when you say,  "everyone on the current HDA list who wants the trophy has now had it". Does it mean that even though I have earned the points, I'm not on the list? Sign me, confused.

Bonnie~ I have no idea, Adina told me I was to put that at the end of my message that I was the recipient of the trophy. You would have to ask her, I have not been keeping track of the list.

The visible list only goes to a certain number and those people have had the trophy. Other people with the qualifying points can now say they want the trophy. Apparently even Adina can't see people's point except by going to individual pages, quite a task

Actually F, there are some on the visible list that have not had the trophy, BG and Carol and Banjo are two of them, I don't know if there are more.

Just checked, Sheri (Winston and Sophie) are also there.

Bonnie is also there, and all three of them are ahead of Diane in the rankings, although that may have changed since Lynda passed the trophy on.

If that is the case then they slipped by and rose up and got lost.  So...if that is the case the trophy can absolutely be sent to the next person who is on the top 50 list who both has not had it and wants it.  I apologize if I missed some people, it's hard to tell sometimes.   Diane and Nicky...if there are 3 people ahead of Nicky we will go that route and not get to the new rules till those 3 get it in highest points order.  OK with all?

OK with me of course. But there must be a way to make this easier. Some kind of "if then" program someone could figure out. Along the lines of if you have more than 10,000 points and haven't gotten the trophy and no one ahead of you has not received the trophy... Not within my capabilities thankfully. Maybe the new system will be easier : )

Well, it goes like this.  The app or program or whatever it's called we bought that provided (among other goodies) the ability to make the HDA list...well the company no longer exists and no longer supports its stuff.  So the limitation is a permanent thing, thus we can't expand the list.  So...sadly no more list.

Don't you know any programmers? I wonder if Excel could do something like this but all I manage is addition for my taxes. Then I go to the accountant : )
