Tamar Gellar's, "The Loved Dog"

Pack Of Two ...by Caroline Knapp

Guide to Raising a Puppy (Keep it Simple Series) http://www.amazon.com/Guide-Raising-Puppy-Simple-Guides/dp/0751338494

I also have Tamar Geller "The loved Dog" (Some of her methods are too soft though, you have to be a little Cesar Milan alpha dog in real life every once in awhile

Old books by Warren Eckestein - cant remember the names.
Definitely "Before and After Getting Your Puppy" by Dr. Ian Dunbar.
My puppy housetrained so quickly by using these recommendations and it was helped establish initial good behaviors. Also has good " before" section on choosing and sourcing the right puppy for you.
