When you can’t find it yourself, were do you go???? Doodlekisses of course!
My DH went to a conference and brought home cards for a K-9 crisis team. The cards are
2.5 X 3. Each card has a picture of the dog and on the back information about
the handler and dog. I have searched and find places you can order 500 cards for 140.00.
I would like to make my own. Charlie makes (you know how smart our doodles are) sticker
each week for his reading buddies at school. I’m thinking the kids would also like the trading cards.
Do any of you make your own? Suggestions? Thoughts? Willing to Share?

Hmmm...I bet you could buy card stock and use Word's label maker to print the appropriate size, then cut them with a paper cutter, and get them laminated (or not). My best guess!
I know that you can order them from www.tradingcards.com but they are expensive about $2 each. The more economical option would be to make them yourself or to go to www.vistaprint.com and you can get postcards there for pretty cheap that would accomplish the same objective.
There is a program called Scrapbook Factory that is very user friendly.....there are pre-laided out trading cards that you can personalize....photos....graphics.....information....and the layout is for both the front and the back of the card.....after you get really good at it...you can use the same program to design your own....I have a couple on my page of Comiskey....I print them on slick card stock (the program produces the layout) so the cost is minimal.....it you only wanted to print the front...they look wonderful on photo paper as well....if you need anymore info....do not hesitate to contact me....have fun.....
