Tiny spots on tummy
Our 4 1/2 month old puppy has three or four spots on his tummy. I noticed one spot yesterday or the day before. He did go to the groomer for his first trim five days ago, so I'm wondering if it might be related. They are tiny and almost look like pimples. It doesn't look like they shaved his tummy, but they said they did a sanitary trim. Any ideas what this might be? I will try to attach a picture. Thanks!

Was he bathed at the groomer's? I wonder if it could be a reaction to the shampoo or some other grooming product they used.

Yes, he was bathed at the groomer's. It doesn't seem to be bothering him at all. He's not scratching or anything. I'm just a bit concerned since I noticed one spot initially and now it looks like there are a couple more.

Clancy had what sounds like the same thing when we first adopted him. He needed a visit to the vet and medication, both oral and topical to clear it up.
