After the initial vaccination we draw titers instead of vaccinating. Titers have always come back with proof that they didn't need vaccinating. Hence reducing my furry friends to the exposure of toxins.

What are your experiences  with this. Does your Vet offer Titers as an alternative to vaccines.

It's wonderful that Ohio accepts rabies titers in lieu of a shot. At this point Oregon will not and still requires vaccinations so it appears to vary from state to state.

I didn't know much about titer, but sounds really interesting. Mine got 3 year rabies and distemper shot. I may think about this next time around....
