I am hoping that I am posting this in the correct spot...

Here is my issue:   We are going to my daughters place, who has two small boys, 1 and 4. I will be baby sitting them.  Sophia, is still in full "Nipping" mode.   I really do not want to run the risk of her biting the boys, but I can't keep her crated all day, nor can I watch her and the boys all at the same time. The next best thing is to buy a muzzle, at least I won't have to worry that she does harm to the grand kids.   Am I being a bad Moma??  I would like to think this is the best solution.  Thoughts??

Jane I read your Babyproofing Murphy with great interest, when you wrote it, as I knew this challenge was coming up.  At three months we still are working on just about every bad behavior that there is.....

I think I will still buy a muzzle but  won't use it unless I absolutely have to.  Teaching her not to do these behaviors is far better than just preventing it with out learning.

holey moley batman...can't wait to hear about your adventures. I would buy the muzzle and get her used to it before you go. Take it use it if need be. wonder if they have doggy day care close by for her to have puppy time.. will she be over 16 wks? that may help with her getting the wiggles out and you can enjoy (work your hiney off) with the grandkids. How long will you be in detention..I mean babysitting? My grandson s are also three years apart will be 6 and 3 in October. I am going for a week to celebrate birthdays and spend papa scott's money on toys and crap for the boys that they don't need.:)
just read that you will be there for two weeks.I hope you get some time for you and sophia.. when they get home from work can you go to the bar? I mean take sophia for a walk by yourself...hugs
Mimi.  I think me and a good bottle wine will be spending time together when I am finished B B sitting.
