Heather Woodland recently joined Doodle Kisses, but she and her beautiful doodle Cujo have been well known and loved for some time now on other doodle forums. Tonight Cujo was hit by a car and did not survive the accident. Please leave a note of condolence for her and her family. Leave your thoughts here and not on her profile page as that may fill her email up and she is not ready to talk to everyone at this time. Please keep her and her family in your thoughts and prayers.

We would like to send a gift to the Woodland family in this time of grief. If you would like to contribute any amount within the next two days, we will use that to purchase a token of our care for them. `````UPDATE--we have raised a sufficient amount to do something nice for the Woodlands. Thank you to all who have contributed.

Below is her slide show and I'm including it as a tribute to her much loved doodle, Cujo.
He was gorgeous, patient, awesome with her kids and an important part of the family. Heather's youngest daughter and Cujo were best of friends.
Our hearts go out to you Heather and we send our warm thoughts and hugs to you and your family.

I am sooooo sorry for your loss! I can see in your photos how big a part of your family's life Cujo was, and how much he was loved! So sad. You must be devastated. I wish I could say something to lessen your pain. My heart goes out to you and your family. You'll be in my thoughts and prayers.
My heart goes out to you and your whole family for the tragic loss of your gorgeous Cujo. From the first time I saw Cujo, especially the pictures with his pal sweet little Molly, he captured my heart and love, though I never met him. I know he is watching over you from the Rainbow Bridge and sending his love as I send mine. So, so sorry...
I am so saddened. After watching the pix stream by it is obvious that Cujo was so full of life and brought so much joy to your lives. Remember him always, he was a friend indeed.
Heather, the story your slideshow told brought me to tears. It is obvious that Cujo lived a very full life the short time he was in this world. I've admired your beautiful Cujo and children over the years. It breaks my heart to think of the pain that you and your family are suffering. In this hard time try to remember that a bunch of strangers on the internet grew very attached to your canine family member. He will truly be missed.
OMG...I am in tears...There are no words sweet enough to ease this pain but I want you to know that you gave Cujo so much love to take with him on his journey to the Rainbow Bridge...he will be there to welcome you someday. I am so very sorry for this tragic, tragic loss.
Heather,
I am so sorry for your loss. Yesterday I was looking at the wonderful photos you have posted of Cujo. You must have some special memories.

Heather, I am heartbroken and send my thoughts to you and your family. Cujo will be sorely missed by everyone who knew and saw his beautiful face.
