Update on my Dilema...Now named Finnegan.

Well, black puppy now has a name besides Bear or Pup. Its Finnegan. Or Finn. (Thanks BruceGirl.)

Finn weighs 10 lbs now (up from 7 on the 1st.)  I am picking up a DNA test kit today. Any guesses are welcome as to his paternity.

The person who was interested in him told me she had a huge back yard. I explained to her that this is New Orleans and the current temperatures are 100. A BLACK dog cannot stay outside in that heat.

She said he could come in at night.  She is off the list.

There is someone else who may be interested but my requirements are steadily increasing.

Linda, are they steadily increasing to:

• if you are not a stay at home mom forget it
• if you don't have a spare room for Finnegan forget it
• if your eye color is not the same as mine forget it
• if you don't have a look alike dog that behaves exactly like Murphy forget it
• if you are not ME forget it

Ha ha, whatever ends up being the result I know Finnie will be in a good home because YOU are involved.

I have the kit in hand. I will send it out tomorrow. They say it will take 3 wks. Hopefully it won't be that long.
