I've been busy with my dood and not online much, but I saw this on the DRC site and thought you all might wanna have a go at it.

Now you can help The Animal Rescue Site choose which eligible Petfinder.com animal rescue organizations will receive special funds to help animals! Voting is simple: just select The Doodle Rescue Collective, Country and (if U.S. or Canada) State/Province. All other fields are optional and accept partial (but not misspelled or inaccurate) information. You can cast one vote every day for your favorite rescue organization.

Thanks Kevin. There actually is another one in the Main Forum. But this AM, The DRC was ranked 55 in NJ and in the 1500's out of ALL the rescues/shelters on Petfinder. Last week we were in the 4000's. So, everyone...keep your votes coming. AND Thank You! Think about all the Doodles we could save with that much money!

I get an email reminder everyday from the animal resuce site. Easy to set up on their page. I also 'click' to help feed shelter animals. Reminders is on the left side.

We are up against some heavy hitters on the National Scene but are now in the top 50 (we're #48) in NJ. We actually have a shot at this. You guys ROCK!
