We are new to the group -- looking for suggestions as to how to find doodle playgroups in Contra Costa County, California

Hi Carolyn, if you look at the labeled tabs at the top of any page here on Doodle Kisses, you'll see a tab labeled "Groups" -- click on "Groups" and then on that first page there is a search box underneath the ads. Type in "California" and you'll find several California groups, not sure where your location is exactly so I can't direct you to the specific one, but you'll see what's available =)

Carolyn, I'm not aware of any in the immediate area. Live in Walnut Creek and do see Dudes at the Walnut Creek dog park from time to time. Sure we could coordinate something as well.

Hi Carolyn and welcome!! Gracie is beautiful! Who are her parents? Luxie is 7 months old and is from Micah and Estees last litter. I bet they're related! You should check out the Almond Blossom group. There are lots of other offspring in that group. Joyce and Mochi are from the Bay area and may be able to point you to some romps. I know the San Francisco group has frequent romps as well (I think there is one this weekend, and on the 16th). You should also check out Azure and muppets page and look at the family album. You can see lots of pictures of other pups from ABD. I'm hoping the ABD dogs get together again soon...Luxie was too young for the last one. Fun to see you here...

Hi Cathy,

You know that is interesting about Micah and Estees --- I tried to get on the list for your litter of Luxie -- I really loved the puppies from Micah and Estees -- but the timing did not work and so we got Gracie from a wonderful breeder who came highly recommended called Hug A Bear Doodles --- Gracie's mom is a standard white poodle and the dad is an english retriver.....not sure how I find Joyce and Mochi --- would love to get together with the San Francisco ABD romp! Thanks for your help.... We are off to the dog park this morning!! Maybe we will get a bit of summer here!
