I know I'm full of questions!  I might have to relocate for a job which means I would have to rent a place.  Lexie is 7 months and 30 lbs.  The breeder said she would get between 40 - 60lbs. because her poodle mom is 40lbs. and golden dad is 60 lbs.  However, my vet said she will get to be around 38lbs. and the testing he did was 99% accurate according to what her weight changes were a couple of months ago.  Does anyone have some insight or have a doodle that was 30lbs at 7 months?

Check out this discussion in the Puppy Madness Group.  Many people are tracking their weights in this group.  Rule of thumb is you take the 4 month weight and double it and then add up to 10 lbs and that is a ball park of where your doodle should end up.  NOTE:  Mini's don't follow the same rule I don't think.    I have one that fell exactly in these guidelines and then one that exceeded the number by about 10 lbs.  But I think that it should give you a very close idea of where Lexie will end up.

That's what the vet did and came up with 38lbs., so I'm thinking she'll be around that.

Mine was 30# at 7 months.  She is 11 months now and weighs 37#.  She is a medium.  However, her dad was a mini and her mom a medium, not the sizes of your pups parents.

Sounds a lot like Lexie.  Same weight at 7 months and vet said she should be around 38 lbs. when full grown.

Jack did not gain but a few ounces after he was seven months old. He is a Toy GD.

I don't know what KoKo weighs right now but I do know she is a little porker.  She's five months old and was 22 pounds at her last visit to the ver at 4 months (she is a mini GD). She is scheduled to be spayed on March 1st so that will be the next time she will be weighed and I can't wait to see just how much more she has gained.  She loves to eat - she always leaves an empty bowl.  My other doodle, Maggie, is 18 months old and weighs 21 pounds - slim and trim.  She always leaves food in her bowl.   My granddaughters 2 year old doodle is also slim and trim at 20 pounds.
