Weird ritual

After Riley squats to pee, he always swings his head and neck all the way around as if to check whether everything has come out. Did I pee? Did I pee? ....I DID!! Ok, let's move on.

Just weird. Anybody else have a doodle that does the same thing?

I could be just "spellchecking" his "pee-mail." Male dogs especially like to let the next dog to come along know "I was here." Both my male dogs do this and even will go check my girls "pee-mail." I guess they are checking her spelling, too. LOL

WHAT?!???? That Adina... you have to cut her some slack... English is NOT her first language. So of course the speech recognition software can't figure it out.

Every male dog I've ever had has done this and it has always cracked me up. Now that we have Penny, our female, her thing is with poop - she'll go, then walk in a WIDE arc around it, looking at it the whole time as if to say, "Good Lord... did I do THAT?" :-)
