For us, I'd have to say "road trips". My boys love going places with us...they aren't even picky about where we go...as long as we're all going somewhere together. There's often some sort of "treat" involved with our road trips...ice cream, the pet store, a long walk.
I love the hiking day!! When I don't have to work ( rare and far in between !!), we love to take a short trip ( may be an hour) to the state park and hike! Charlie loves splashing in the water (She will not go anywhere where is too deep that she cannot stand up...) and I enjoy getting away from the suburb!!
Mine has to be when I get home from a 24 hour shift (Fire Dept) and get greeted at the door by two excited doodles. It's all you can do to just get in the door.
One of my favorite things to do is go shopping at the outlet center. We do a lot of socialization practice there, and it is just a lot of fun on a pretty day.
Our three to four mile afternoon walks on cool, crisp days when we walk and she sniffs and struts, doodle tail waving high, sharing the sights and sounds along the way.
My best days are 1) when we hike or take a long walk when it is only in the 60s or 70s. Peri is on a parade on these days and looks at my and smiles the entire way; 2) when DH is out of town and Peri sleeps in the bed with me in his spot. She is a lover and knows just when I need her!
My favorite is when Coco and I go out walking and people tell her how pretty she is! She walks prouder!! I also love when we go places and everyone says how well behaved she is and they are shocked that she is only 16 months!!
Everyday of course. Playing fetch with Clover and Apollo is one of my favorites. When Clover beats Apollo to the ball, she gets so proud of herself and does a little prance around him before bringing the ball back to me.
