what's wrong with my puppy? he has a bad rash:(

Jackson was bitting his tummy more than usual today. When I was rubbing his belly I noticed a bad rash. It looks like messals. Several red spots and different sizes. Some are flat, some look pussy, some look like open raw sores. I am so sad for Jackson. I wadhed up the area with warm water. I don't think it hurt him when I wiped the area. My vet can't get me in until friday.; (

I would bet it is an infection that needs either topicals and/or antibiotics.  One of my doodles has had this.  It began as an allergic reaction to something and turned into an infection.
