I figured it out!!!! If I clear my recent history (firefox) after each time I vote, I can vote as many times as I want! And the counter moves!!!!

If you like to use "hot keys" rather your mouse use CRTL+Shift+Delete to clear recent history for Fire fox. Thanks Kim for figuring it out.
