There is so much in nature that can nurture us, if only we take/find the time to visit her.  Yesterday I visited what is known as the Sacramento Delta--about one hour and 30 minutes away from where I work and yet I had never been there before.  It is a massive inland waterway that leads to the San Francisco Bay, with a huge shipping port in Stockton.  I didn't have good light for photography except in the early morning when I was able to catch some egrets and ducks at play.

I just went to see Archer...so you know what kind of images I am loaded with right now :) I wish the theme was Archer. LOL

What a romantic picture, DJ.  I don't think of the Sacramento Delta like this.  You have changed my viewpoint.
