From the usual small amount of input the consensus goes to photos of scenes at different times of day or with interesting shadows. Of course, manly themes, as was suggested for father's day, can be part of that. But really 99% of us active in this group are women although more male participation is welcomed. As it happens I have an example :) I posted in the garden group about a time lapse garden camera my son had given me.

Time Lapse

Here are three photos of the same scene at opposing ends of the day including one somewhat decent exposure mid day. Good thing white flowers jump out of the dark : ) I know we can do much better than this.

These don't really have anything to do with our assignment but since it is the last day of June I thought I would share some of my "keepers" that I took this month.Sorry for the overload!
No overload at all. And some of the photos have nice aspects of light and shadow. Love the first and third one of Murphy. And the second has interesting lighting. And the DDLL on the flowers is terrific!
Thanks F.  The ones of Murph were of course in early June before the dreaded haircut!  later in the month I moved to other subjects.  The last one was actually a total accident.  I was shooting Murph with his ball and accidently took this pic of a garden statue.  Didn't even know it till I downloaded the pics and turns out I love it!
Love the lighting on those. Nice closeup of the turtle. What a weird bug, lol
Ronna, I like them all especially the turtle and of course Murphy. I really enjoy wildlife photos.

Oh! I love each and every one of them! I'm so glad you shared them!!! *thumbs up*

In that second one, Murph looks like he's on a trail in a magical forest. And that spider freaks me out, but it's a great shot. All are wonderful. Great color saturation on these!

Thank you Linda!
