Labradoodle & Goldendoodle Forum
This is for photos you are thinking of submitting for the Calendar and that you would like to show us. If you want more detailed critiques and/or editing help I have started another discussion for that. I know there will be overlap and possibly a mish mash but we can handle that. Don't forget to check the guidelines.

I'm stating early because the calendar submissions need to be in by 9/22. seems like the submission period gets shorter every year.
Remember that vertical shots only go on the multiple doodles per page calendar. If you want a chance at a full page you need horizontal shots.Tags:
I particularly love Calla's expression.
Nice job, F! They are both looking at the camera and I know that is hard to get. Did you use a harmonica? LOL That's what I have been doing and they now ignore that too.
Beautiful F.
I love this one, F!
Wow, thanks. you've all inspired me to shoot some more ; )
Gorgeous shot of your baby. I learned in my photography class that you need to leave a border of space around your picture. Same for the calendar...the calendar has a hole for hanging on the wall. You may be able to get someone to add some "space" around the top.
What a beautiful shot of a beautiful dog. F is right, however, it is too small. Did you crop this?
It's not cropped, my mother in law too the photo zoomed in. We are going to take her to the lake and tray again :)
What an adorable baby. Not too much of a close-up at all--except you need more room at top. If you look at past calendar selections, there are a lot of close-ups. Love the lighting. Focus and exposure --perfect. It is too small though. Can you go back to an uncropped original?
