I just got a text update from Julie.  the breeding should take place next week.  If all goes well, the pups would be ready in November. Yippee!!

She hasn't told me to send in a deposit yet.....but I texted her to let me know when. They will probably want to confirm a pregnancy. When did you send in your deposits?

I believe you are correct. Once the pregnancy is confirmed then you send in the deposit. And picking order is first come first served. Did she say it was definitely Casey? Kristi, did you meet Casey and Estee?

I met Tula (Estee's sister who is apparently very much like her) and I met Casey. Julie mentioned she would breed Estee and Casey. I don't know if that's confirmed. I really liked Tula.

Casey was really amped up the day I met him. Has anyone else met him? What was your impression? Who has a Casey pup? What's the temperament?

Hi Kristi!
I met Casey when we were looking last year. I also met Tula and Micah. Casey was adorable, he was so laid back and he is a beauty. Micah was also laid back the day we met them. I was suppose to have a Tula/Micah pup, went through all the waiting and she never got pregnant. That has never happened before. But Estee went into heat soon after and I was put on her Estee/Micah list. Kashmir is now almost 7 months old. If I hadn't wanted a creme color so much, I would of went for a Casey pup, as he really was so soft and just a little HuggyBear! Time WILL go by fast, I know, I waited a year.

Thanks.....very helpful info. I've put so much thought into this it's taken me some time to find this litter. I'm just looking at the remaining time as an opportunity to get ready for a puppy. I'm painting my apartment etc. so I don't have to do it with a wild pup running around. :-)

Kristi... As you will see, I just sent an email out to Hadley and Jen. They have an Estee/Casey pup. Also Millie is a sibling. We met her in April. Millie is very sweet. I have a group photo on my page of all of us at the romp in April. If you go onto Azure's (Muppet) page, she has a link to a Family Album. She put together as many dogs that she could find from ABD and showed them as pups and at a year old. She also notes the parents.

And Joyce... you should stop and just have them see how great Mochi has turned out! Have fun. Took Lucca to Coyote point yesterday afternoon. He had a blast swimming. Rolled in the sand and was black!! I had to wash him twice!!!

I have a pup boy from Susie (Sasha) and Casey. He was born on May 6, 2010!!! He is a very sweet boy. Headstrong, but very loving, playful and loves to be close with people. Solly always likes to nap under our chairs, or be held like a baby. He is a miniature f1b so he might only get to be about 16-20 pounds. We got his hair trimmed around his eyes yesterday, and he looks like a new boy. We couldn't see his eyes before since his hair was completely covering his face. Now we can see his big brown eyes. I want to ask Julie if you can tell the other owners of Sasha (Susie) and Casey's pups to join doodle kisses, so I can hear from them.

I saw the male pups from this litter and played with them for some time one day when I visited. Which one is Solly? There were four: two lighter, curlier ones. One darker, curlier one. One straighter, darker runt.
