Introducing Gus!
He is completely in love with Sully and the feeling is mutual. They wrestled all afternoon and woke up this morning ready to go again. Sully has been great with him. I have to admit I was a little worried that he would play too hard with his new brother, but the only issue is if they are outside, Sully just runs him over and Gus goes rolling (and loves every second). Gus is a big boy at 11 lbs, though not a big eater. He is chewing everything he can get his mouth around and has already stuck his head in Sully's pee. The other hilarious/sad/sweet thing is he thinks Sully's boy part is a nipple and keeps trying to nurse! We haven't had any accidents inside yet, which is wonderful and he slept in his crate for about 5 hours before he started whining to go out. We are just so in love with the two of them!
Did anyone else get a new puppy this weekend?

OMG...Gus!!! He's soooo cute. Ugh...makes me want to get a playmate for Zoey, but I told myself that I would wait till she was around 2 if I was going to take on another puppy. Sully must be sooo excited to be a big brother! Congrats.
I agree. Lucca and Izzy are 2 years apart also. You get out of puppy stage and start again but round 2 seems easier. Although.....Izzy WAS a lot crazier than Lucca ever was. But my real 2nd kid was too:)
Cathy, Gus is adorable. How did you end up choosing him or...did he choose you:)
I'm just so thrilled for you and for Sully and Gus! Such a happy time. I'm tickled that they are getting along so well. hugs for all of you!
What an adorable puppy!!!!
Ahhh, so you are the one who told me about a doodle romp for Almond Blossom Doodles. How is it going with your new baby? I took the dogs over to Asilomar this morning and they had a ball. Had to give them both baths after we got home. I am thinking about a romp at Carmel next month. Any suggestions?
