I contacted the Wacom support, and Jane, you are absolutely right!! They said that tip / nib of the pen has nothing to do with it!! LOL.... I rebooted and install the newest version just now, so hopefully this will resolve the problem!!

I think I need to do the same, Kyoko.  I cannot get the tools to work on my Corel Painter, although my tech guy in India says it is fine.  The Photoshop is working fine, but I would like to do some combining of the Corel Painter and Photoshop.  It's always a challenge, isn't it?
