Labradoodle & Goldendoodle Forum
I have been watching tutorials on youtube, and attempting to follow directions and do what they do to learn different techniques until I develop my own.... I will post different trials as I experiment....

It's just regular default type of brush. I did not make any or anything like that....
I'm impressed and my husband is very impressed. I have been painting on a photo of my FIL and his daughter, granddaughter, and four grandchildren for months, and they just look like ghosts. Charlie (my DH) says that you started from a good photo to start with. So, this was done from a photo? What was the resolution? And it was done in Corel Painter? I have Adobe Photoshop and Corel on my computer, but tend to work more in PS.
This is spectacular, Kyoko.
Thank you, Lynda. The original photo was a small snap shot. I think it was like 3 x 2 and 72 ppi. I resized it to 14 x13 or something like that with 160 ppi.( I still don't know if I am saying this correctly about this ppi stuff. ) I then used the photo shop with topaz filter and adjusted the color and detail, etc...( Thanks Linda and "Tody" ) I then used Corel Paint to paint it.
I give a bunch of credit to Linda and "Toby" for always taking time to teach me and giving me a " trouble shoot" and "tech" support!! I learned a lot from that one "Google hangout"!!!
Attached is the original photo
Aw, you're very sweet to say that, Kyoko. You have a bundle of natural talent to begin with!
I think that you are a very special person for willing to spend hours for us, teach us, and be there for us.... If it was not for you, I would never had no clues to what to do..... So, Thank you again....
You're welcome, Kyoko. I'm no expert but I'm always happy to help. :)
As far as I am concerned you are definitely an expert. I only wish I could be as good as you one of these days.
