Patty Barnes

I have a parti medium AL from Log Cabin and follow their blog. It would appear that the Barnes have left Maine and turned the kennel over to the woman who worked with them. Does anyone know anything about this?

Hi Barbara, I see a lot of folks have looked at your question but no answer, so I will tell you what I know.   I am close friends with Batty's step daughter, Amy Murphy and she shared with me some time ago that Patty and Amy's dad were planning to retire.   They have indeed retired now and moved to MA.   they sold the kennel to the lady they worked with but I don't know any other details.   They didn't introduce her so I assume that will be presented in time.   If you have needs however with your puppy, I assume that this lady has taken responsibility for those but can't speak that as fact.   Hope this is helpful to you and I'm sorry they didn't make a more clear announcement, but I do then in the end it took place rather quickly.  Sherri Halvorson, Adhonay's Labradoodles

My puppy is coming home at the end of the month from Log Cabin. Jayme, who I believe used to work for Patty, does now own the business with her husband. I went to visit them when our pup was about five weeks old and they are awesome and seem committed to following in Patty's footsteps. They announced the "change of hands" on their blog. I never had an opportunity to meet the Barnes' but from all I've read and researched, they must have felt very comfortable with the transition because they appeared to be quite dedicated!
