Can anyone give me information to a reputable doodle breeder here in Arizona that has a poodle stud? Power Paws is looking to breed a litter of Doodles to become service dogs but we are having a hard time finding a stud that is acceptable. They need to have at minium their hips, eyes, SA and VWb testing done.

Karen is right.  Breeding discussions are limited to our breeders forum.  Check the Groups section on this site and do a search for 'Breeders' then request membership.
