Does anyone have the scoop on Angel Eyes? I have a friend who uses it for her miniature poodle and she loves the results. However, we don't see eye-to-eye (ha ha) on nutrition and holistic practices. Can anyone tell me what it is exactly? The website is very vague. I'd love to tackle the stains, but not at the cost of my dogs health.

thanks much!
Your cream or white doodle gets eye stains? I've never used it but I'd also be leary of anything taken externally that changes the color of the coat. That just sounds scary to me.
Thanks and sorry for the late reply. It was a growing phase. She hasn't stained for over 6 months. So glad cause I agree any of that stuff is scary.
Chloe has this problem when she returns from boarding at the groomers house.  I read somewhere (finally) that it is caused by small hairs on the interior of the lower eye that trap bacteria and cause yeast growth which, in turn, causes the weeping redness.  What do vets suggest?  it seems like a small localized infection. Usually Chloe's eyes have no discharge.

Interesting! I have friends that have toy poodles and their eyes just spurt fluid. One second they're fine, then woosh, get a kleenex. I've not noticed this "small dog thing" with my dog but your explaination makes sence especialy since we do not have this problem after changing groomers. thanks for sharing!
