I feed Bella Innova adult large bites, she likes it pretty well. We started out with Royal Canin (my vet said it had the most research behind it) but she didn't really like it too well. There was a site where you could check to see what grade your dog food would bet and Innova was an A, it doesn't have too much corn and stuff that aren't good for dogs.
I switched my girls to Taste of the Wild High Prairie Formula... after getting lots of help with the ladies in the food group and checking out several food review websites. I found it is the least expensive of the highest rated dog foods (bang for buck!)... For example lots of people use Orijen, but it's $40 for a 15lb bag. I get a 30lb bag from Tractor Supply for $43 of TOTW.
Those are the sites I used, in addition to asking the Food Group here. They have some very knowledgeable people that have put a LOT of research into why you should use better foods.
I feed both mine wellness. I have done S-O much research on this topic and healthy foods as there are so many varying brands and opinions. Welness is one that comes very highly rated with quality ingredients. If you visit the below link (food advisor) you can either input your current brand or any you are considering and it will evaluate all of the ingredients and give you a rating. I would recommend you start there. Good luck!!
