Interested in starting a "Buy/Sell/Trade" group?

Hi everyone! A discussion came up in the Photography group about how fun it would be to have a "Buy, Sell, Trade" group on DoodleKisses. Sort of our own little Etsy community. I've seen so many wonderful and creative items showcased in the DIY group, I thought this might be something you all would be interested in, too! :) We have Adina's nod of approval, provided we are careful not to let it become a storefront for commercial businesses. With that in mind, we've been working on how to write the description for it. Below is what we have so far. Is there anything you can think of that we should add? (Do you see any typos?) We also need to think about what's the best way to do the listings and keep things organized. If it's something that's a one-of-a-kind item, it would be nice if it could be deleted after it's sold. I'm sure we'll figure all of this out as we go along.  :)

Do you have any arts/crafts/jewelry, or gently-used items that you’d like to "Buy/Sell/Trade" with others in our DK community?  Great! List them here! BY JOINING THIS GROUP, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF USE:

* All products being sold as "new" must have elements of it that were handcrafted by you. For example, you can sell a be-dazzled" leash, but not resell a plain leash that you purchased on sale or at a wholesale price.

* All "gently-used items," such as doggie Halloween costumes, camera equipment, odds/ends should be in good working condition and priced appropriately.

* You are welcome to post a link to a website that further describes/showcases your products/services, provided they fall into the criteria of our Terms of Use.
* Please do not sell/promote MLM (Multi Level Marketing) products/services or recruit people for "business opportunities."

* If you have an item you'd like to show everyone or would like to get some critique on but it's not currently "for sale," please join the DIY or ART CAFE group and post it there.
* Sellers: Please take every precaution to ensure that all products are safe and have parts that are securely fastened!

* Buyers: Beware. You are buying items here at your own risk. Use common sense in buying and using products that you find here, or anywhere! 

*If you have a complaint about a product/service, please deal with this privately. Do not post negative comments in this group. We want to keep this a fuzzy-warm and friendly place that's fun to romp around in.
* All financial transactions must be handled outside of the DK environment. We suggest you correspond with each other via email to work out the details. If you wish to receive payments by credit card, please set up a PayPal account or some other method of processing payments securely. Do not give your credit card number to anyone, regardless of whether they are your “friends” here.
* LIABILITY: DoodleKisses, Adina Pearson, and the moderator of this group shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, whether physical, incidental or consequential, arising from transactions carried out in the Buy/Sell/Trade group.

I've only moderated a couple small groups with just a few members. This one has potential to become huge. Hope I'm not insane for starting it. Anyone else want to moderate it? (big grin)

I'll start it off and then if my work schedule gets any crazier I'll see if I can find a victim ... er, cough cough... lucky volunteer to take it over. :)

I hope it will more or less care for itself. I find that the Garden and Photography groups have been really a pleasure for me. Though this group is different if enough creative people, like you , participate, it may be so for you.
