Not know when his toy hits his foot?

  Bert(aka Oliver) doesn't know when his toy, a Kong  hits his foot.  I will throw it for him ad he just stands there!  sometimes,  he steps on it and doesn't know!!  umm ADD?

I don't think that he doesn't know it hits his foot, or that he doesn't know it's there; I think he is just not interested in it right then. None of my dogs has ever been interested in Kongs. If I threw one at my doodle, he would just stand there, too.

Picco lies on the floor and lets the ball bump into his nose. Sometimes it hits pretty  hard!
