Labradoodle & Goldendoodle Forum

Let me preface this by saying if you are adverse to using human products on dogs, don't read this! :-)

I know that the pH of dog skin is slightly higher than ours, and there is the potential for human products to disrupt this. My personal opinion is that if you are bathing your dog on a very frequent basis that might be true, but every now and then likely won't cause problems. And, I actually read about using this in a Groomers Forum.

That being said..... Aussie 3 Minute Miracle Moist!

Yup, the stuff that I used to use on my hair in college. :-) We live in a very harsh climate and between cold temps outside and dry baseboard heat inside, Winnie's coat had lost a little shine. That Aussie product restored the shine and she is now softer than she has ever been. Smells good, too! The other cool thing about it was after working it in to her coat, the little bit of dead hair that was missed in in the pre-bath brushing came right out on to my hands. Next time I think I'll try doing a quick combing after applying it.

No trimming was done today, just a wash and dry - and resulting snuggle baby softness....

Wow, she looks soooooo soft and silky!

Silky and soooo smoochable!

She was so patient with me all weekend when I was constantly sniffing and smooching her.... :-)
