Can anyone recommend a tick removal tool?

We live in an area surrounded by woods, and despite using Frontline Plus every month I just found a third tick on Belle this week.  I looked on Amazon and found many different tick removal tools.  Can anyone recommend a particularly good one (ie, easy to use on an uncooperative dog)?

We used Brevecto from our vet and lasts 3 months. It is just a chewable that my puppy ate no problem. Before giving it to her we pulled off 17 ticks off her after a hike. We haven't seen any ticks since so either they are gone for the season or the meds are fantastic!

I bought a pack of these but haven't had to use them. I think they got pretty good reviews.
