Calling all brothers (7) and sisters (2) of Cody. Wondering if any of your pups have a sensitive stomach. Would love to hear back.

Hansel doesn't. He just gets finicky sometimes. He is a real sweetheart. We are really enjoying him. Very easygoing personality. How aboout Cody?
Cody's personality is great but he has had poop issues on and off since I got him. Probably something he ate - again. So until that resolves itself he hasn't been himself.
Chloe is one of the two girls. She is wonderful. We are really enjoying her! She hasn't had any stomach issues, but she really isn't a big eater. She weighs about 26 lbs. She seems to do well on the Wellness Puppy food. We will be switching shortly to the adult food.
Hi Sue. Cody is a REALLY sweet, fun dog with a TON of energy. But he is a HUGE eater and will try to pick up anything that even looks like food when we're out for a walk.
Chloe also has a lot of energy. She goes outside a lot - rain, snow, sleet! We have an electric fence so that helps. She is, however, a shoe, sock, hat etc. stealer! Our biggest challenge is getting her not to jump on the kids when they come to play. We have really enjoyed her though. She has the sweetest personality. Everyone in the neighbor stops to see her. They can't resist!

Jake is one of the boys. No problems, except big appetite. Jake lives on a farm in southern Ohio with Opie the golden, swimming in the pond and harassing Chloe the cat....Kim and David
OMG. Jake looks exactly like Cody!! Cody isnt' into swimming though. (He fell into a pool when he was a baby and is now scared of the water).
Cooper has different parents (Bambi and Radar), but has an extremely sensitive stomach to the point where he was hospitalized for diarrhea the last time we switched foods, despite me doing it very gradually. He is on the California Natural Lamb and Rice lowfat diet, and has been for a couple of years now. He's 2 1/2. He frequently has loose stools (which is a HUGE mess to clean up with his fur), and has them every time he gets more than a small bite of human food. We've got two kids, so unfortunately, he gets the food they leave behind from time to time. I wasn't sure if this was a breed thing or if we just got "lucky" with him. It sounds like it's more of an individual dog thing. As far as vomiting, I think he probably throws up as much as any other dog--every couple of weeks or so. That's been my typical experience with any dog.

We did have a large party a few nights ago and he got tons of various food scraps and seems to be o.k., but we are very careful. I feel bad that he has to always have the same dog food every day, but I really don't want to try changing to anything again.
