Breeding done and hoping for pups...waiting game in California

Hello! My beautiful golden retriever girl was bred with a very handsome apricot poodle. I am so excited to see the litter this pairing produces. If you are interested in one of these F1 Goldendoodles I am making an interest list now. I am located in Southern California. The puppies will be whelped in my home and will be raised to be very familiar with children (I have two little kiddos, one with special needs) Here is a picture of the happy couple:

Are both parents hips tested and cleared by OFA, PennHIP, or their Canadian/Euro equivalents?

Sire has been tested and cleared, mother has not been tested but her parents had and passed.

-- Are both parents tested and cleared for eye disorders either by PRA or yearly CERF exam?

-- Do you offer a minimum of a 2 year health guarantee on your puppies with monetary reimbursement (without required return of dog) should one of your warranty-covered disorders occur in this puppy?

I offer a health guarantee and will take the pup back or help out as much as possible.

-- Will these puppies be spayed or neutered before they go home?

No, but they will be sent home on spay/neuter contract.

-- If puppies won't be early spayed/neutered, how will you prevent your pups from being bred possibly indiscriminately by unqualified people (i.e. spay/neuter contract, etc)?

They will be sent home on spay/neuter contract.
