The first Middle Tennessee Doodle Owners Group (Mid-TNDOG) ROMP will be taking place on Saturday, June 20, 2009, 1-4pm, location to be announced (we are working to secure a farm in Leipers Fork for this event). Teri, that's a great idea! We'd definitely be interested in future romps (Molly and Gus will be too young for this one, I think).

Great! We'll put together a contained an area that the under-4 months pups can hang out - they'll be too young to romp around all over the farm. It's gonna' be fun! We visited the farm yesterdan and it's beautiful. Shawn is making tshirts, totes, bandanas and beach towels - FOR DOODS ONLY - and some really cute doodle art, beds and feeders.

Betsy will be visiting with us in Brentwood on May 15 and 16 - why don't you plan to visit then, too, and meet Betsy and her kids?

Sure - that will be a perfect weekend to visit and meet Betsy. But I will probably have to still stop by next week - I cannot wait to see how they have grown! I am so curious.

Oh, I expect you next week, too! They haven't grown so much in size as they have in personality. They have their teeth now and are eating kibble, and are so friendly and loving. I could spend all day loving on them and playing with them.

Allyson, it would be perfect if we could meet when the kids and I are in town in two weeks! We had talked about meeting so this would be great! By then you will know which girl is Lady Peri; any preferences? I can't wait to see those little doods. They look so cute online. Teri, Allyson and everyone else, have a wonderful weekend-even at the potentially wet romp!

MADOG romp - Memphis area (Germantown)May 2, 2009
Well, it looks as though today is a “rain out”. We will not be coming to Memphis due to weather (it’s a 3 or 3-1/2 hr drive). We will plan for next weekend, June 9, although rain is predicted for that day, too. We’ll hope for a better forecast as the week progresses.
