Can live ants and dead worms be toxic?

Belle just ate a chunk of ant-covered, apparently dead, worm. Yuk.  Do I need to induce vomiting with hydrogen peroxide, or go to the emergency vet, or just wait and see what happens?

Watson loves to eat dried earth worms off the sidewalk.. I think Belle will be okay

My Jacki loves to eat dried earth worms. She has been doing it since she was a puppy and is now 5 years old. She's happy and healthy :)  I did ask my vet about it and he didn't seem too concerned.
